Job Title: Sales Administrator (6 Month Contract) Location: West Didsbury, Manchester Department: Operations / Delivery Support Salary: £27,000 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Placement Administrator (Interim) to support the end-to-end administration of contractor placements within our recruitment business. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance completion, and smooth handover of placements to the Pay & Bill team. Key Responsibilities CRM & Master Data Administration Create, maintain, and update accurate placement, client, and candidate records Ensure master data meets internal quality standards Identify and correct data issues before downstream processing Placement Review & Pay & Bill Handover Review placements for accuracy and completeness Validate dates, pay rates, charge rates, and contractual terms Act as a quality control point to minimise errors and delays Compliance Administration Review compliance requirements for each placement Track and update compliance completion status Chase outstanding documentation with consultants Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records Skills & Experience Required Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Confident communicator able to work across teams Experience working with CRM systems or databases (preferred) Previous administration experience (recruitment or compliance environment beneficial but not essential) Performance Expectations Consistently deliver high-quality, accurate administration Proactively identify and resolve issues Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Compliance, and Pay & Bill teams No terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of age or experience, and we confirm that we are happy to accept applications from persons of any age or experience for this role.
