About the Role
I am looking for a kind and caring PA to support a 76‑year‑old mother with dementia and depression. The PA will assist her with personal care, mobility, and social outings such as cafés, shopping centres, walks, beach trips, and museums. The role requires patience, good social skills, and a caring attitude.
Transport Requirement
Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support and/or prompt with personal care (toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, dressing).
* Support and/or prompt the individual to access sporting and leisure activities.
* Assist and encourage socialisation and participation in activities.
* Develop a good and trusting one‑to‑one working relationship.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required.
* Take the individual out to local cafés, shopping centres, walks, beach trips, and museums.
* Report all accidents immediately and report defects or hazards.
* Subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure; costs covered.

* Flexibility (hours may be variable).
