You’ll have clarity on what needs building, but autonomy over how you build it. This isn’t a rigid, ticket-driven environment. You’ll be trusted to make good decisions, move quickly, and care deeply about quality. As the product suite grows, there’s clear scope to shape how things are built and to grow into a more senior or lead role if that’s where you want to go.
