Mobile AC Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing
* Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.).
* Carry out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms, basic fault finding).
* Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Mobile Multi:Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.
* Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F:Gas Category 1) and extensive practical experience with various AC systems.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) are highly desirable.
* A solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
