The Role: Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals
* Run complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including new/renewal leases and 1954 Act applications
* Draft and review infrastructure and property-related construction documentation
* Deliver efficient, business-focused legal solutions to clients
* Collaborate with colleagues on substantial, high-value transactions
* Support department growth through exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
* Proven experience in freehold/leasehold transactions and landlord/tenant matters
* Strong technical skills in infrastructure and construction documentation
* Excellent client relationship management and commercial awareness
* Ability to handle complex transactions independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Experience with business development and client portfolio growth
* Familiarity with a wide range of commercial sectors
