NDT Technician - PCN Level 2
Location: Near Wolverhampton
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 + 7.5% Shift Allowance
Hours: Afternoon Shift (Mon–Thur: 2pm–10pm, Fri: 2pm–9.30pm)

EMBS Engineering is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering company specialising in bespoke medium to large-sized assemblies for market leading, world-renowned customers and they are seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using Ultrasonic and Dye Penetrant methods in accordance with project specifications and drawings
* Produce and maintain high-quality inspection reports and welding/NDT documentation
* Support product verification, traceability, and non-conformity reporting across the full project lifecycle
* Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to address NDT-related queries and inspections
* Contribute to audits, quality investigations, and continuous improvement activities
Essential Requirements:
* PCN Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing (welds) & Dye Penetrant Inspection
* Experience in precision engineering within highly regulated industries (e.g. Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace)
* Strong understanding of complex engineering drawings, standards, and inspection specifications
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Background working with machined and fabricated components
Desirable:
* CSWIP 3.1 Weld Inspection
* PCN Level 2 in Magnetic Particle Testing and/or Visual Inspection
* Awareness of quality management systems, internal auditing, and continuous improvement tools
