Key Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis - Evaluate clients' income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and long-term goals using robust planning tools.
* Report Preparation - Draft comprehensive reports covering investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
* Client Communication - Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and help articulate their financial aspirations.
* Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all recommendations and plans meet FCA regulatory standards.
* Research & Due Diligence - Analyse financial products and market trends to support tailored client strategies.
* Support Investment Recommendations - Assist planners in creating bespoke investment portfolios aligned with client objectives.
* Documentation - Maintain accurate and compliant client records and files.
Essential:
* Diploma Paraplanner
* Experience with iO, Excel, and financial planning tools
* Excellent communication (verbal & written)
* Strong team player with mentoring or coaching capability
