We're working with a successful mortgage brokerage based in the Lincoln area that is currently looking to expand its team with the addition of a new Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This brokerage works closely with a well-known Independent Estate Agency as well as further lead sources, therefore can provide a strong level of leads on a monthly basis.
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm (Flexible)
3. Hybrid working available
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
4. Basic Salary £25,000
5. Potential guarantee for 1st 6 months
6. 25% Commission
7. OTE £55,000 - £60,000
Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
8. Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
9. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
10. Full CeMAP qualification
11. 1 year experience minimum
12. Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
13. Liaising with introducers to ensure effective referrals.
14. Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers / homeowners
15. Writing Mortgage and Protection business
16. Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
