We're looking for driven individuals with at least 1-2 years of solid sales or recruitment experience who can demonstrate commitment, resilience, and a real hunger to succeed. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where effort directly translates into progression and earning potential. What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing relationships with schools across your area Making a high volume of outbound sales calls to both warm and cold clients Sourcing, interviewing, and supporting teachers and support staff Matching candidates to roles that suit their skills and preferences Managing bookings for daily supply, long-term, and permanent roles Visiting schools and developing long-term partnerships Working towards activity and revenue targets within a supportive team Handling the fast-moving nature of education recruitment - no two days are the same Let's Be Honest: This is not an easy job. It's fast-paced, target-driven, and requires resilience.
