Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for undertaking administrative and case file management tasks. Ensure that all cases are supported to move on from temporary accommodation in a sustainable way by providing comprehensive advice and support covering all housing options. Undertake a case management role including rent recovery, debit control, arrears, sign-ups, voids, repairs and accommodation management responsibilities.
