The Role:
As a Complex Needs Primary Teacher, you will:
Deliver a personalised, engaging, and multisensory curriculum tailored to pupils' individual EHCPs.
Foster communication, independence, and emotional regulation through creative teaching and consistent routines.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning and care.
Be part of a passionate, experienced staff team who value teamwork, empathy, and professional growth.
We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in teaching pupils with complex SEND.
Someone with a positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
A reflective practitioner who values progress over pace and celebrates every achievement-big or small.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
