Sales and Retention Executive

Location: Manchester, UK (or in commutable distance to our Manchester office)

Remote-first role with flexible shift patterns (9 am-5 pm or 10 am-6 pm) across Monday-Saturday to suit your lifestyle. Occasional travel to the office as and when required

Hours - 32 hours, 4 days per week

Salary: £20,320 per year

Our goal at Modern Milkman is to make the home sustainable, and, to date, we've prevented over 100 million plastic bottles from polluting the planet. Not bad for a business that started as four friends from Lancashire delivering milk from a beat-up truck!

We’re using technology, creative problem solving and innovating historical methods to bring back the milk- round and by doing that we offer our customers the ability to make more planet-positive shopping habits one small, simple and very convenient step at a time.

Your mission

Connect with customers across the UK and introduce them to: farm-fresh produce delivered to their door, sustainable living made straightforward and outstanding customer experiences that keep them coming back.

* Making engaging outbound calls (no cold calling nightmares here!)

What we are looking for…

Requirements:

* Based in Manchester or within commutable distance
* Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
* Experience in telesales, customer service, or phone-based sales roles
* Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging phone manner
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
* Resilient and optimistic – you bounce back quickly from rejection.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Interview Process: 3 stages (incl. a task)

Screen 30 mins >Technical Interview 60 mins > Ways of working/ final stage 30 mins
