Job Purpose
The GTM Operations Team drives Unily’s revenue generation efforts by defining the GTM strategy and aligning the processes, tools, reporting and enablement plans across the end-to-end customer journey to maximize bookings and profitability while delivering exceptional customer value. Working cross-functionally, we strive to make best practice, common practice.
We’re looking for a high performer who is both strategic and hands-on to join our team and lead the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. You will work closely with our sales leaders to drive consistency, predictability and effectiveness across the team through the execution and refinement of our operational cadences and best practices. You will support the analysis that drives our GTM strategy including capacity planning, territory mapping, pipeline modelling, compensation planning, and coverage modelling. You will work closely with your counterparts both in the GTM Operations team as well as the decentralized operational roles to ensure that every part of Unily’s revenue engine runs effectively.
The GTM Operations team leads critical decisions impacting Unily’s growth and this role is an excellent opportunity if you want to impact the direction of a fast-growth PE backed SaaS enterprise.
Main Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the VP, Global GTM Operations as well as Senior Leadership to achieve growth objectives
* Drive operational rigour through the execution of Unily’s cadences in support of the GTM leadership including Pipeline Calls, Forecasting, Daily Standups, QBRs, MORs and others
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our end-to-end processes balance efficiency and exceptional customer success
* Define key metrics and performance dashboards across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success
* Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within GTM organisations
* Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, strategic planning, and more as needed
Requirements
* +5 years proven track record in an operational leadership role in B2B Saas
* In-depth understanding of B2B sales process and demonstrated ability to work cross functionally
* Experience and comfort working with sales teams in a fast paced, high-growth environment
* Strong working knowledge of Salesforce as an admin and/or product owner as well as excellent Excel reporting and modelling capabilities (coding experience a plus)
* Demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate and challenge perceptions using data
* The ideal candidate will have knowledge of / experience working with Hubspot, SFDC, Boostup, Kantata, Planhat, Gong, Salesloft and Tableau (or equivalents)
* Deep understanding of sales and marketing best practice
* Ability to influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels while problem solving pragmatically
* Strong communication skills with excellent relationship building skills
* Numerate with an understanding of the basics of P&L
* Ability to model and work fluently with data in excel
