Job Title: Performance Analyst – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Northampton
Salary: £33,056 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata (depending on experience)

The role
You’ll work closely with the Strategy & Performance Manager to provide the data and insight that enables effective decision making and management to support our strategic goals and targets. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision making by delivering a suite of regular reports and providing insightful data analysis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Data Integrity and Reporting
2. Analytics and insight
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
4. Providing guidance and support on Charity wide Business Intelligence solutions
About you
You must be able to demonstrate success in a similar role and have an in depth understanding of operational delivery. You’ll be a passionate self-starter who can act on their own initiative. An excellent communicator you will be able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers and stakeholders.
You’ll need a strong financial acumen with excellent analytical and numeracy skills. Highly proficient in Excel you’ll also be able to create simple dashboards and business information tools.
