We are looking for a talented Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role is for 20 hours per week.
Role responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Head of Property and working closely with the General Manager on a daily basis.
* Completing weekly facility checks and maintaining records.
* Proactively preventing, identifying, and repairing property issues.
* Maintaining high standards to ensure the hotel is always presented well.
* Handling reactive maintenance tasks daily.
* Planning and executing planned improvement works using your trade skills.
* Coordinating, supervising, and approving work with third-party contractors.
* Supporting colleagues during property emergencies, even off duty.
* Logging and tracking repairs and quotes via our facilities management system.
