Accounts Payable Assistant Norwich City Centre £28k Part-time – 3 or 4 days per week Hybrid – 2 days office-based, 1–2 days working from home Our client, a well-established organisation based in Norwich city centre, is seeking a Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant to support their finance team. This role offers flexible working across 3 or 4 days per week, with a hybrid split depending on hours worked. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Matching, batching and coding invoices Preparing and processing supplier payments Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries Maintaining accurate accounts payable records Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders Supporting month-end accounts payable tasks Skills & Experience Previous experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Confident using accounting systems and Excel Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong communication skills and a professional approach The Role Offers Part-time hours across 3 or 4 days per week Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, remainder from home Central Norwich location with easy transport links If you have the relevant experience and you are looking for a new challenge, please send your C.V to or call for more information.
