Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Respond to breakdowns and keep customer downtime to a minimum Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service What were looking for in a Field Service Engineer: Strong experience in field based mechanical and/or electrical engineering role, ideally within forklifts. Thorough Examination (LOLER & PUWER) Certification highly desirable. A self-motivated engineer with strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are beneficial but experience and attitude matter most.
