We’re working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for a Post-Completions Assistant to join their busy property department in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with post-completions experience who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and well-established team.
You’ll be working alongside fee earners and other support staff to ensure property transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within post‑completions or residential property.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
* Registering charges and documents with Companies House
* Drafting and submitting SDLT or LTT returns
* Managing the post‑completion checklist and ensuring all key deadlines are met
* Handling correspondence and enquiries from HM Land Registry, HMRC, and other third parties
* Organising payments and tracking submission confirmations
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties where needed
What we need from you:
* Willing and able to commute to the office in Liverpool 5 days a week
* Previous experience within residential property is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
