About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with a variety of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in pupils
* Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans
