The Opportunity
Are you a strategic sales leader with a track record of winning multi-million-pound technical FM contracts? We are looking for a UK Sales Director to spearhead growth across the UK.
Our client’s don't just "fix things." They provide world-class mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) solutions that keep the UK’s critical infrastructure running. As the UK sales Director, you will be the face of the hard services division, converting complex technical requirements into long-term, high-value partnerships.
The Role
You will lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, focusing on high-margin hard services (M&E, HVAC, Fire & Security, and Fabric Maintenance).
* Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline targeting the Corporate, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
* Bid Leadership: Work closely with the Pre-Construction and Estimating teams to ensure technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness in large-scale tenders. Multi-Million value contracts
* C-Suite Engagement: Navigate complex stakeholder maps to influence CEOs, FDs, and Estates Directors.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of UK compliance standards (SFG20), decarbonisation trends, and smart building technology.
What You’ll Bring
* Industry Pedigree: Significant experience in a senior sales role within UK Hard FM / Technical Services.
* The "Hunter" Mentality: A proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business rather than just managing existing accounts.
* Technical Literacy: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must speak the language of MEP and understand the risks associated with statutory compliance.
* Network: An established contact list within the UK property and procurement space.
