BUSINESS ANALYST L4 (CONTRACT)

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to liaise and bridge the gap between the customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulate them to delivery teams, ensuring the right solutioning to the customer.
Responsibilities
* Customer requirements gathering and engagement
o Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand the RFP/RFI requirements
o Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured
o Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, write specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements
o Engage and interact with internal team (project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, architects) to design and formulate accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs
o Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
o Maintain periodic cadence with customers to seek clarifications and feedback regarding solutions proposed for a particular RFP/RFI and adjust designs accordingly
o Demonstrate and present proposed solutions or prototypes to empower customers
o Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation
o Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value (services/products)
* Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer
o Provide delivery team with customer feedback and inputs
o Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements
o Conduct root cause analysis for proposed solution/demo before sharing with customer
o Facilitate new change requests to meet customer needs
o Support QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs, giving timely inputs/feedback
o Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demo testing to validate implemented solutions, aiming for 100% success rate
o Apply data modeling practices to analyze findings and design improvements and changes
o Ensure 100% utilization by studying system capabilities and understanding business specifications
o Integrate entire response/solution for the RFP/RFI before presentation to the customer
o Support project manager/delivery team in delivering solution: define & plan milestones, drive quality, challenge assumptions, ensure customer satisfaction through on-time quality deliverables
* Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository
o Engage with other business analysts to share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical
o Write white papers, research papers, and points of view to share with the consulting community
o Identify and create use cases for other projects/accounts that can be leveraged at Wipro level for business enhancements
o Conduct market research for content and development to provide latest inputs into projects and ensure customer delight
Performance Parameters
* Customer Engagement and Delivery Management metrics: PCSAT, utilization %, number of leads generated from business interactions, number of errors/gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), percentage of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated.
* Knowledge Management metrics: number of whitepapers, research papers written, number of user stories created, percentage of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, number of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter.
Qualifications
* Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis in BFSI Domain.
