Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria GMC registration with licence to practise CCT in Rehabilitation Medicine (or within 6 months of completion) Entry on (or eligibility for) the Specialist Register Higher medical specialist qualification or equivalent Up to date with requirements for revalidation Broad experience in neurological rehabilitation Evidence of continuous personal and professional development Experience Essential criteria Substantial clinical experience as a Consultant in the NHS Experience in amputee and prosthetic rehabilitation Experience in spasticity management, spinal injury, or complex trauma Interest in service development, research, or education Skills /Knowledge Essential criteria Ability to think creatively and prioritise Ability to debate highly complex issues with peers and senior colleagues as well as with subordinates Knowledge and understanding of clinical information and its impact on the service Excellent multidisciplinary team working and communication skills UK Home Office Visa Sponsorship requirements In accordance with UK Home Office requirements, Band 2 clinical and non-clinical roles and Band 3 Non-Clinical roles are not eligible for sponsorship.
