The successful candidate will:
Bring proven experience in sales support, bid coordination, or commercial operations.
Able to orginate and close their own opportunities across any of these sectors.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of implementing process improvements and producing high-quality client-facing documentation (e.g., proposals, term sheets).
Demonstrate expert experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder workflows.
