An exciting opportunity has
arisen for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef
in leading our kitchen team at our brand-new restaurant. Training begins
immediately at one of our existing Rockfish restaurants, so access to your own
transport is essential.

Your Role as Sous Chef
* Cook exceptional
seafood dishes to Rockfish standards
* Lead and inspire a
talented kitchen team, ensuring consistency and excellence
* Train and mentor junior
chefs to become seafood experts
* Support the Head Chef
in managing all kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards
in food safety, stock control, and cost management
* Work closely with the
front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
