Are you passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives? GSL Education is working with a thriving primary school in Southampton to recruit a full-time Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school on an exciting journey, part of a wider group of schools.
The Role:
This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. You will:
* Provide targeted support to key students, including those with EHCPs (a few hours per week).
* Support whole-class teaching to ensure all students reach their potential.
* Deliver interventions for students who are behind or ahead, particularly in preparation for mock and GCSE exams.
What We’re Looking For:

* Previous school-based experience, or experience in transferable/related fields.
* A can-do attitude, an outgoing personality, and a passion for working with young people.
