The Opportunity
Breakthrough Cricket seeks transformation facilitators for April-July 2026.
Your job: Use cricket to help international students discover courage, confidence, and capabilities they didn't know they had.
Location: London & South East England
Pay: £15-27/hour + expenses
Status: Self-employed, flexible scheduling
Season: Spring/Summer 2026
What This Actually Means
You'll facilitate 120-minute outdoor sessions for international student groups (ages 8-18) visiting the UK from France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, China and across Europe.

Who We're Looking For
You're probably perfect if:
✓ Helping others succeed genuinely energizes you

✓ Working with diverse, international groups sounds amazing, not intimidating
✓ You can read a room and adapt quickly
✓ You believe confidence is contagious
✓ You want work that actually matters
Cricket background: Playing experience preferred. Coaching quals not required.
Language skills: Spanish/Italian/Mandarin helpful but not essential.
Essential quality: Empathy, patience, enthusiasm.
Compensation
Probationary: £15/hour (first 3 sessions)
Standard: £18-27/hour (based on experience and performance)
Training: £45 for 3-hour mandatory workshop
Expenses: All reasonable travel costs covered
Potential Earnings:
Light: £800-1,500 over season
