Empower the safeguarding team and keep communities safe!
As Deputy Safeguarding Partnership Manager, you will be supporting the daily operation of the Safeguarding Hub, leading the first-line management team to drive performance, as well as building and maintaining strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure an efficient safeguarding service.
What you’ll be doing
* Looking at safeguarding demands and identifying and developing efficient ways to deliver a quality service
* Supporting the strategic planning of safeguarding priorities and projects
* Proactively managing and problem-solving repeat callers
The must haves
* 3 years of continuous residency in the UK at the time of application due to vetting requirements
* To hold a degree or equivalent qualification and/or have experience of working at that level
* To understand statutory safeguarding responsibilities for children and adults
* Experience in partnership development and multi‑agency collaboration
