School Support Superstars Wanted – BS7 Bristol
Full-time | Full academic year commitment | Start September
If your idea of a great day involves fresh air, creativity, and a bit of (organised) chaos—keep reading.
We’re working with a vibrant, forward-thinking school in BS7 that’s on the hunt for multiple support staff to join their fantastic team this September. This isn’t just a job for now—it’s a role for the full academic year, so they’re looking for people ready to commit, contribute, and get properly stuck in.
Here’s the vibe:
One day a week, everyone’s outside
Yes, really. Their outdoor learning programme is the stuff of Ofsted dreams. Wellies at the ready!
⚽ Creative sports team on-site
Weekly PE lessons are run by an energetic crew who make every session feel like Sports Day. You’ll be helping channel that excitement into teamwork and confidence.
School-wide productions? You bet.
They put on two big shows a year, and support staff are just as involved as teachers. Costumes, stage whispers, and curtain calls included.
Big school energy
With a large and lively school community, there’s always something going on. That means they need support staff who can take initiative, think fast, and bring a calming presence to busy days.
Who they’re looking for:
1. Forward-thinking team players
2. Confident communicators who can handle a bit of wild (in the best way)
3. People who are proactive, positive, and love helping kids thrive
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, what matters most is your mindset. If you're Thrive-trained, brilliant. If not—we offer free Thrive training to help you stand out even more.
