This is a great opportunity for an organised and meticulous individual to join a respected independent letting agency and build your career within a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality lettings service while being mentored by an experienced industry professional.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare pre‑tenancy and AST agreements as well as all move‑in documentation.
* Process applications, reference tenants and complete Right to Rent checks.
* Ensure safety certificates are completed and filed before move‑ins.
* Handle viewing enquiries, book appointments and conduct viewings during busy periods.
* Provide detailed feedback to landlords after viewings.
* Manage holding deposits and prescribed information.
* Register landlords/tenants on the CRM and maintain accurate records.
* Coordinate and schedule inventories, review and issue reports at move‑in.
* Support with general lettings admin and telephone enquiries.
Skills & Experience
* Essential: prior admin experience within the lettings industry.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
* Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft packages (Alto & Inventory Hive beneficial).
* Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Able to travel to Ilkley for training and occasional holiday cover.
