The successful candidates will contribute to the practice, alongside Health and Social Care Practitioners such as Adult Support Co-ordinators, Social Workers, Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapists and Art / Music Therapists.The LDP work in a flexible way, allowing for home and office-based working. are currently working to a hybrid model in line with our service needs. This gives our Social Workers a quiet space and plenty of time for reflection whilst still balancing collaborative working across the multi-disciplinary team and peer support. It has also increased our Social Workers autonomy and has had a positive impact on wellbeing and work-life balance.Cambridgeshire County Council’s approach to social work and social care is to make it increasingly proactive, preventative, and personalised.
