We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Five Wells, a category C men's prison located in Northamptonshire.
Hours: The site offers 37.5 hours per week; 7:30am - 7:30pm, with 1 weekend a month.
Salary: Full-time position with an annual salary up to £28,690, depending on experience.
Support Provided: Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and access to our Learning Management System.
Requirements: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Offers are subject to vetting and security checks.
Main Duties:
* Support registered nurses in implementing care plans, promoting safe patient care.
* Develop and apply new skills to improve clinical service delivery.

Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
* Compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
Experience in hospital, community, or prison environments is desirable but not essential.
