The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team!
Key Responsibilities
* Chasing and managing incoming payments
* Handling invoices, billing, and account statements
* Maintaining spreadsheets and financial records
* Supporting month-end (period-end) processes
* Producing reports (financial, payroll, stats)
* Keeping records compliant and secure
* Working with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Follow all company policies and procedures
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
* Protect company assets
* Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
* Is a team player
* Can communicate clearly (verbal, listening, writing)
* Is proactive, reliable and can support shifts including weekends and bank holidays
