This pivotal role sits at the heart of our Client Services team — managing relationships with clients and tutors, designing tailored education programmes, and ensuring a consistently exceptional level of service
What you’ll do:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and tutors, building trusted, long-term relationships.
* Understand clients’ needs and create bespoke tuition and consultancy solutions.
* Match tutors and manage the full process from enquiry through to feedback and ongoing support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience and continuously refine our offering.
* Support with tutor recruitment and onboarding, marketing communications, and operational improvements.
What we’re looking for:
A confident communicator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in education. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Package:
£30,000–£60,000 OTE (depending on experience)
33 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays)
