Overview

Contract: Fixed term maternity cover for up to a year

Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

We have an exciting opportunity as we are looking to recruit an engaging Teacher of English to join our team at The Burgess Hill Academy. You will be an enthusiastic and innovative teacher who genuinely believes in the ability of all students to succeed and who wants to develop their practice to be the best. Role

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check. This role is considered exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013, 2020 and 2023.
