Our client is seeking a dedicated, positive, and locally based candidate to join their sales team, supporting the busy office functions across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare reports and handle business administration tasks
2. Manage lettings negotiations and sales lettings administration
3. Process tenancy applications, including referencing and documentation
4. Address queries from clients and tenants
5. Provide high-quality customer service
6. Build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
7. Maintain high standards of quality control
8. Organize and manage tasks efficiently
9. Work independently without supervision
10. Demonstrate passion for customer service
11. Be a good team player
12. Work effectively under pressure
13. Maintain an excellent phone manner
14. Show interest in property and people
