Salary: £26,000 – £40,000 DOE + uncapped commission + benefits

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6-12 months experience in a 360 recruitment role (engineering or technical markets preferred)
* Strong business development skills and a commercial mindset
* Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Understanding of the East Midlands market is a bonus
* Full UK driving licence preferred (for client visits)
