CNC Setter OperatorLocation: Corwen, DenbighshireSalary: Up to £39,750 per annumJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentShift Patterns: Days (Monday to Thursday 12 hour) Trek Recruitment is excited to recruit a skilled CNC Setter Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Corwen.Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility with millions being spent on new equipment.THE JOB
* Set up and operate dual-turret CNC machining centres with precision.
* Interpret technical drawings and measure parts to exact tolerances.
* Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and precision tools.
* Adjust processes using measurement data to ensure quality.
* Perform tooling setup, replacements, and routine machine maintenance.
* Load/unload parts via conveyors and operate supplemental equipment (engraving, flaw detection, hydraulic pressing).
YOU
* Proven CNC machinery setting and operating experience.
* Strong IT skills and adaptability to new CNC systems.
* Knowledge of Siemens CNC and G-code programming (desirable).
* Familiarity with CMM and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
* Proactive, reliable, and quality-focused mindset.
