Senior Associate or Managing Associate -Surety - London with hybrid working

Role
* Join a leading Surety team
* Advise international insurance companies on matters including facility agreements, recourse/intercreditor/sharing arrangements, bond wordings, security documentation and risk participation
* Play an active role in business development
You
* 8+ years PQE in banking / finance / project finance - surety experience an advantage but is not required
* Experience with LMA documentation
* A commercial problem solving approach with an ability to assess risk
