The Real Estate teams and the Client Service Team (CST) are extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients offering the right candidate a fabulous opportunity to broaden their skills and experience. The lawyers are acting on a variety of matters from development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment property to telecoms and landlord and tenant asset and portfolio management instructions for public sector, institutional, and household name clients, the work is varied and challenging. CST are carrying out vital work and are supporting Real Estate by triaging instructions and managing the administration aspects of a number of these key contracts. This is a full time role, and can be based out of either Bristol or Plymouth.
What will I be doing?
This interesting role will see you working on a broad range of matters, you'll be a key part of the Real Estate Team, dealing with a diverse range of matters. More specifically you'll play an essential part in ensuring that new files are opened correctly, adhering to both our internal processes and individual client requirements, in addition to producing initial correspondence whilst ensuring that all files are managed effectively and efficiently.
