We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support financial planning services within a well‑established Financial Planning firm based in the South West.

This role is ideal for a technically capable Paraplanner looking to further develop expertise within a highly professional setting, gaining exposure to complex financial planning work.
You will have the opportunity to:
* Prepare high‑quality cashflow models, research and suitability reports
* Contribute to technical discussions and strategy development within a leading planning team
* Attend client meetings and gain first‑hand exposure to UHNW client relationships – if desired

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial planning reports and client recommendations to a high standard
* Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, taxation, and estate planning
* Support Financial Planning Directors in delivering advice and annual reviews
* Manage your own workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and best practice in advice delivery
About You
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or within two exams)
* 2–3 years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
* Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and taxation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to continue developing professionally
Package
* Basic salary up to £47,000 (depending on experience)
* Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
