Responsibilities: As a member of our transformation team, I expect you to lead workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements. You will map and improve processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying opportunities for optimization. Your role will also include producing clear documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps. Furthermore, you will support solution design, testing (User Acceptance Testing), and implementation across teams while providing data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
