Senior Project Manager – ERP / PMO Transition
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Midlands (3 days per week in office)
Salary: 70-90k+ benefits

An industry-leading logistics and distribution business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP upgrade to the Cloud. You’ll work closely with the Change Manager to deliver this high-impact transformation, ensuring business processes and functionality are optimised.
Once the ERP project is complete, you’ll step into the Head of PMO role building a new Project Management Office, introducing governance and portfolio management processes, and leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Key Requirements

1. Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP projects
2. Strong business focus with commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes.
3. Experience implementing PPM software (ideally PM3).
4. In-depth knowledge of PMO operations and hands-on experience establishing or maturing a PMO.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
6. Desirable: experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), wholesale, or distribution sectors.
7. Availability to start ASAP
