1. Actively assist the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and team to maximise sales activity in the company’s key customers
2. Provide a robust administration function for the account management team, ensuring accurate timely completion of account admin tasks in the time limit specified by the customer/business
3. Undertake general departmental administrative tasks for the UKI Sales Director
4. Provide a weekly top line analysis of the sales data to the SNAM and National Account Manager (NAM)
5. Understand the customer inventory position and chase orders where required.
6. Lead the social and digital strategy with the customer’s marketing team, by working with internal Brand Managers and the SNAM to build the plan
7. To ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previews
How will you create impact?
8. Own and drive Spin Masters digital/social presence in all areas as per above key responsibilities
9. Co-ordinate and manage the digital/social activities around regular promotional and merchandising activities agreed by the SNAM/NAM
10. Creating, maintaining and analysing the weekly sales out data to present to the business and to assist with planned intakes and propose/raise orders for the customer
11. Assisting the account management team with the FOB ordering process
12. Assisting the UKI Sales Director with administrative tasks
13. Supporting the SNAM/NAM by managing promotional invoice process through Salesforce, gaining pricing approvals and other general administrative tasks
14. To manage product assets and product copy and ensure they are sent to customers/uploaded to their portals within a timely manner
15. Complete customer forms including the set up of new items and any ad-hoc requests from the customer
16. Brief the graphic designer on a new suite of customer specific assets for product/brand launches
17. To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time (eg demonstrations to customers at London Toy Fair, provide back up support to other teams during holidays)
18. To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all times
19. Coordinate packaging data requests from the customer
20. Liaise with the customer and any internal teams on product quality issues
21. Manage reports, forecasting dashboards, general sales requests, meeting notes, updating of documents as required
What are your skills and experience?
22. Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred
23. Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
24. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
25. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and know how to pivot tasks when needed
26. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
27. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
28. Demonstrated organisation, planning and communication skills
29. Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, EPOS reports
30. Ability to commute to the office in Marlow, working 4 days per week onsite
