Your new role
The Supply Chain team are responsible for procuring materials to facilitate the manufacturing process and arranging for delivery of goods to customers. Responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, information, and logistics within the supply chain, ensuring timely purchasing, stock accuracy, and efficient order fulfilment through effective use of SAP and collaboration with suppliers, partners, and internal teams. Process and manage supplier purchase orders using the SAP ERP system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery dates. Record and process goods receipts in SAP, resolving discrepancies with suppliers or internal teams as needed. Monitor and expedite outstanding purchase orders, updating SAP accordingly and escalating supply issues to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and administer customer dispatch requirements within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Support logistics operations by liaising with internal departments, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, transport companies, and customers to ensure smooth material and product flow.
