· To support internal and external recruitment processes
· Manage the full life cycle of workforce planning processes
· Manage the agency framework and support stakeholders
· Provide advice and guidance on People and Culture related queries, ensuring that policy and procedure is upheld and that stakeholders receive a high-quality service
· 5 GCSE’s (equivalent or higher) 2 out of 5 must include English and Maths at Grade A-C
· One years’ experience of providing effective guidance and hands on support within a People and Culture function
· Demonstrable experience in maintaining good records for management reporting
· Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office packages or equivalent
