LHP Payroll Advisor
Hours: Full Time (35 hours)

Job Description
We're seeking a responsible Payroll Advisor to work within our dedicated in-house payroll team in Carmarthen. The main purpose of this role is to support the current payroll department in the weekly payroll function, ensuring smooth payment of the large number of clients' payroll function. This role will offer the successful candidate opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional, relaxed environment, and to develop into an integral part of the payroll team as their career develops.
Responsibilities
* Set up new starters with client payroll software
* Action leavers' p45s
* Deal with other payroll specific tasks
* Handle queries from clients and staff members either via email or phone
* Input weekly/monthly timesheets to payroll software, including RTI
* Perform auto enrolment duties for our clients
* Assist with the year-end process, providing P60s to client employees
Experience required
* Data input experience
* Previous payroll experience
Essential knowledge/skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and follow instructions
* Polite phone manner
* Attendance, timekeeping
