Your Role
As our Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with a wide range of communication, swallowing, and cognitive challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the assessment and management of adults with acquired and progressive neurological conditions.
* Providing expert guidance on complex cases related to dysphagia, cognitive communication, and voice.
* Supporting and mentoring a skilled team of SLTs, promoting clinical excellence across the service.
* Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up, person-centred care.
* Delivering training and support to families, carers, and staff to empower those around each client.
* Contributing to service development and strategic planning alongside the senior leadership team.

Who You Are
* A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.
* A confident clinician with experience in neurorehabilitation and complex case management.
* Skilled in both communication and dysphagia interventions, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
* Committed to lifelong learning, with a portfolio of relevant postgraduate training and CPD.
* An inspiring team player with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Passionate about delivering person-centred care in a diverse and dynamic environment.
