Role Summary
The Head of Architecture will lead the development and maintenance of the university’s enterprise architecture, aligning strategic goals with technological solutions, managing a team, and working closely with senior leaders to support university objectives.
Main Duties
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with university strategies.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with academic and administrative departments to support their needs.
3. Technology Integration: Oversee technology selection and integration, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
4. Innovation and Documentation: Identify emerging technologies, lead pilot projects, and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
5. Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the architecture team, ensuring standards and governance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experienced architect with expertise in systems, infrastructure, security, and enterprise solutions.
* Qualified in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, CISSP, etc.
* Broad understanding of applications, infrastructure, project management, and governance.
* Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
