We’re looking for an Asset Transfer Administrator to join FNZ’s growing operations team. You’ll play a key role in managing the smooth transfer of client assets and cash between pension providers and investment managers — ensuring everything is processed accurately, on time, and with great customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on operations role, perfect for someone who thrives on precision and problem-solving. You’ll support clients, advisers, and investment managers while making sure asset transfers are completed efficiently and in line with regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Accurately processing transfer requests and ensuring timely movement of investments
2. Liaising with advisers, pension schemes, and investment managers to resolve queries and discrepancies
3. Ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest quality standards with minimal errors
4. Providing clear updates to clients, advisers, and managers on progress
5. Handling transfer-related queries promptly and professionally
6. Supporting team culture by collaborating openly and sharing knowledge
7. Developing your skills through training and continuous professional development
What we’re looking for:

Key skills and attributes:
8. Previous office-based or back-office operations experience (desirable)
9. Knowledge of pensions or investments (advantageous but not essential)
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
13. A proactive, problem-solving approach and high integrity
