In this fast‑paced, guest‑focused role, you'll champion exceptional service, inspire a high‑performing team, and ensure every tray, call and interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our In Room Dining Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full in‑room dining experience. You will:
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team to deliver warm, courteous and flawless service.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, stock management, minibar processes, training, and guest correspondence.
Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and attention to detail.
Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.
Collaborate with kitchen, restaurant and hotel teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
Take an active role in innovation — from menu ideas to service enhancements.
Uphold and promote The Celtic Collection’s Purpose, Vision and Values in everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
You're a naturally engaging leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and premium service. Ideally, you have:
4+ years’ experience in a food and beverage service environment, including hotel experience (essential).
2+ years’ supervisory experience managing and developing people.
Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, immaculate presentation and unwavering attention to detail.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling and stock control.
A guest‑centred attitude and the ability to thrive in a high‑volume, high‑expectation environment.
Relevant qualifications (NVQs, Food Hygiene, WSET etc.) are welcome and valued.
